    Mocom in Monterrey

Mocom is continuing to streamline its global presence with the adoption of a single brand name for its worldwide businesses. The company has dropped the name Albis Plastics Corporation for iits Monterrey, Mexico site and renamed it Mocom Compounds Mexico, with immediate effect.
The rebrand is in name only; customers, contractual partners or existing business relationships are not affected in any way.

“This name change is a final step for the Americas in our branding of Mocom as a leader in engineering plastics technology and expertise in compounding. While Mocom Mexico has always been part of the Mocom family, this step now shows the world that this is indeed the case,”said Tony Smith, president & CEO of Mocom Americas.
Mocom Compounds Corporation, which is headquartered in Duncan, South Carolina (U.S.), is a division of Mocom Compounds GmbH & Co. KG, based in Hamburg, Germany.
The name change is another step on the company’s ‘journey as an independent compounder’, said Jens Kaatze, CEO of Mocom.
"We have an excellent legacy to build on … As an independent brand, we will fully focus our strength in developing and producing high quality, competitive material solutions in close cooperation with our customers as we have already done for the last years.
